"Felt pressured and couldn’t manage my account easily"
I had a really frustrating time trying to change or cancel things on my account. It felt like the pages kept sending me in circles, and I felt kind of pressured to just give up and keep everything as-is. Way more stressful than it needed to be, and not a good experience.

My Alltrue box showed up right around when the weather started shifting, so the timing was kind of perfect. I liked that the cozy items and small home stuff were things I’d actually use, not just random filler. Shipping was normal for me, no issues. It’s just a fun little thing to get every season

"Waited weeks and still got nowhere"
I placed my order a few weeks ago and kept checking for updates, but it never showed up. After about a week of waiting, I reached out to support, they weren’t much help. I followed up again later, and I’m still sitting here with no package and no refund. Frustrating experience overall

The boxes themselves looked nice, but once I opened them, the stuff inside felt kind of random and not all that useful. For the price, I was expecting a bit more, honestly. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would, so that didn’t help. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not the value I was hoping for...

"Felt like I had to work too hard to make the box useful"
I really wanted to like alltrue because the idea is great, but my last couple boxes felt random. A few things were useful, but a lot of it felt like filler or just not my style at all. I don’t really want to spend time figuring out what to do with half the stuff or finding someone else to give it to. For the price, I expected the box to feel more thoughtfully put together. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of disappointing

"Canceling made me nervous"
I tried to cancel my subscription, and it was way more stressful than I expected. The site kept sending me in circles, and I wasn’t fully confident the cancellation actually went through, which made me worry I’d get charged again. I ended up contacting support just to make sure it was stopped. Frustrating, especially when it involves billing.

I had an issue and customer service was able to get it sorted out quickly, which I really appreciated. The process wasn’t perfect, and I did have to explain the problem a bit more than I expected, but once they understood what was going on, they were helpful and got it fixed. Overall, happy with the support

I was disappointed with how limited the customization actually was. The website made it seem like there’d be a lot more choices, so I was confused when I got in there and felt like I could barely pick anything. Just didn’t feel worth it for me.

The box arrived with a few things missing, which was frustrating. They make it sound like everything is included, but it’s all kind of vague until you actually open it and realize some stuff isn’t there. It’s still okay overall, just not as complete as I expected.

I really do care about the cause and I want to believe in what they’re doing, but the transparency still feels a little cloudy to me. It’s not a total disaster or anything, but I wish things were clearer so I didn’t feel like I was squinting through fog trying to understand the full picture.

"Nice flexible subscription option"
I’ve liked how easy it is to pause or adjust my subscription when I need to. It’s not totally perfect, but it definitely makes me feel less locked in, which is a big plus. If you want something you can keep without feeling stuck, I’d say it’s worth checking out.

"Renewal wasn’t made clear"
I didn’t realize my subscription was going to renew automatically like that. The auto-renewal info was really easy to miss, and then I got charged before I even knew it was coming. Maybe it was buried somewhere in the fine print, but something like that should be much more obvious upfront. I’m frustrated with how this was handled and would at least expect an apology.

I have mixed feelings about this one. The item was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. I wasn’t in a huge rush, but it was still frustrating waiting that long without much of an update

"Refund was slow, but it finally came through"
I had to follow up a couple of times about my refund, and it felt a bit slow while I was waiting. Support did get back to me, but the replies were brief and didn’t really explain much. That said, the refund finally showed up recently, so I’m feeling better about it now. Overall it worked out, but the process could definitely be clearer

"Substitutions worked out better than expected"
I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical when I noticed a couple things in my Alltrue box had been swapped out. I know some people get really annoyed about substitutions, and I get that, but in my case it really wasn’t a big deal.
The replacement items were actually nice and felt like they were in the same range as what I was supposed to get, not like they just tossed in whatever was left over. One of them I ended up liking more than the original option, so I’m definitely not complaining.

Customer service explained what happened clearly too. Items sell out sometimes, that’s just how it goes. Overall I was happy with the box, and I’d order again.

"Not sure the sustainability really added up"
I signed up because their whole thing sounded really eco-friendly, and maybe I was expecting too much, but the box ended up having a lot of random items I didn’t really need or ask for. It just made me wonder if I’d misunderstood what they were going for.
The packaging also wasn’t as great as I thought it would be, and the info about where things were made felt kind of vague. I don’t want to be unfair, but it came across more like green marketing than a real sustainability effort.

After I made the payment, I started feeling a bit unsure and worried about whether everything would arrive properly. But the box came neatly packed, and nothing was damaged, so that was a relief.

I had to wait longer than I expected for support to get back to me, which was kind of annoying since I kept checking my email between making coffee and feeding the cat. The replies were slow, but once they did respond, everything was okay and my issue got sorted out.
